Lumyna - BOFA MLCX Commodity Alpha UCITS Fund

The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide investors with exposure to the Reference Asset which is the Merrill Lynch Commodity Index eXtraSM Alpha 5 Long Short (the “MLCX 5 ALS Index” or “the Index”) together with exposure to a cash rate equivalent to the official three month United States Treasury Bill rate (“the Cash Rate”). The Index is based on sub-indices comprised of the principal commodity sectors: energy, base metals, precious metals and grains and oil seeds.
