The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is long term capital appreciation, which the Sub-Fund seeks to achieve, under normal conditions, by investing either directly or through financial derivatives, through long and short positions, in equity and equity linked securities (such as warrants) mainly issued by companies that are incorporated under the laws of, and have their registered office in a North American country (in the United States and Canada), or that carry out their main activity in such region, even if listed elsewhere.
