Structured Investments SICAV GS Modified Strategy on the Bloomberg CI exAL Portfolio

The Portfolio’s investment objective is to replicate the performance of the Goldman Sachs Modified Strategy D197XLA on the Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture and Livestock Capped Index Total Return (the "Strategy") which seeks to capture the effects of varying the rules in relation to, and timing for, the rolling of the commodity futures contracts included in the Bloomberg Commodity ex-Agriculture and Livestock Capped Index Total Return (the "Benchmark Index"), the effect of which is to vary the contract expirations into which each such contract is rolled during the relevant roll period.
