The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term total returns in excess of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (the “Index”),”primarily through investing either directly or indirectly, in large and mid-cap (“core”) equity and equity-related securities issued by companies located in emerging market countries, inclusive of frontier market countries (as defined by MSCI) and/or which conduct substantial business activities in emerging market countries.
