Algebris UCITS Funds plc - Algebris IG Financial Credit Fund

The Fund’s objective is to generate an attractive level of income and modest capital appreciation in the medium term by investing the Fund’s assets predominantly in investment grade securities rated BBB- or above by a major rating agency (“Investment Grade Securities”). The Fund’s net income attributable to the Distributing Classes shall be distributed to the Shareholders in accordance with the Fund’s distribution policy set out in the “Dividends” section hereof. The Fund’s net income attributable to the Accumulating Classes shall be re-invested in the capital of the Fund.
